Day to day stress can create, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance. My goal meet your needs and help you to explore the parts of your life creating difficulty. You may be struggling from stages of life transitions, parenting, mental health challenges, loss, or patterns that continue to follow you in your daily life. My goal is to help you to not just fully function in life, but to find meaning within yourself, and meet your goals. Within a safe therapeutic container of non-judgement we can increase your awareness of desires, fears, and strengths together.

I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in the Santa Barbara area for ten years. I have a wealth of knowledge when working with insomnia, chemical dependency, anxiety, panic, depression, and childhood trauma. I am also an adjunct faculty member at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have worked extensively with a Jungian Analyst for over 23 years. I have a wealth of experience in the field and would like to share this with you.
